Main uses
Two-component glue to be mixed before use in the following ratio:
- component A: 9 parts in weight;
- component B: 1 part in weight.
This adhesive is free from formaldehyde, isocyanates and epoxy resins (MW700); is used for glueing wooden inlaid strips and laths directly onto concrete screed without using joints; it can be used also for glueing all types of wood flooring onto pre-existent ceramic tile, marble, Palladian, sheet metal floors.
The glueing obtained with this adhesive corresponds to DIN 281 regulations.
It can be used also with wheel-chair type DIN 68131 and for glueing on heated subfloor.

Features
Colour: brown or beige
Chemical components: epossidic polyurethanic resin with high molecular weight
Cleaning: with denatured alcohol or specific product while it is still dry
Application: only on the substrate and ever using an adequate toothed trowel in order to reach the best glueing results. Pour B-component in the container of A-component and mix carefully, preferably with an electric mixer (drill) having about 300-600 r.p.m. until you achieve a uniform, beige-coloured paste
Preparation time: about 60 minutes
Use: about 1000-1400 g/m2, depending on the notches of the trowel and the sub-floor
Max open time: 1-2 hours according to ambient temperature
Total hardening time: 24-48 hours according to the temperature. The finished floor may only be sanded at the end of this drying period
Application temperature: not less than +10° C
Storage temperature: not less than +5° C; store away from frost
Storage: 12 months at ambient temperature
Safety advices: A-component could irritate the skin because it contains epossidic resins.
B-component could irritate the skin because it contains aliphatic poly-amines.
Never breathe its vapours and be sure to guarantee an adequate ventilation of the rooms during installation.
